HOW DO I BOOK THE SWOON BOOTH?
It’s simple! Get in touch with us and we’ll tell you if The Swoon Booth is available for your date. All we need to officially reserve a booth for you is your collection choice, a signed agreement, and a retainer payment, all of which will be done online.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
We travel to wherever the party is! The travel fee applies for destinations over 1 hour from 01503.
CAN WE GET INSTANT PRINTS?
The Digital + Prints and The Guest Book Collections both include instant 2×6 or 4×6 prints for you and your guests. Our professional full-sized portraits with no text are the perfect gift for your guests. Our custom print templates can include text like your names and wedding date or even your monogram or company logo and make for a great keepsake to remember your event or your company. You can choose from several customizable templates or we can work together to create something special just for you.
CAN WE GET BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS (AKA THE KARDASHIAN GLAM STYLE PHOTOS)?
Yes, you can! Black and White photos are quite popular for weddings, and we love this timeless look!
CAN I CHOOSE MY BACKDROP?
We offer several backdrop options for you to choose from, or we can work together to create a custom backdrop for your event for an additional fee. For a completely unique look, we highly suggest creating your own backdrop. Just ask us about the required dimensions and suggested materials to help you get the best photos possible.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THE PHOTO BOOTH AT ONCE?
Because it’s an open air booth the number of people that will fit is very flexibile and varies depending on the size of the space provided for the booth. We have seen more than 10 people in there at once! That’s way more than can fit in a traditional enclosed booth!
HOW MUCH SPACE SHOULD I DESIGNATE FOR THE BOOTH?
We recommend a 10′x10’x10′ space, or at least 8’x8’x8′. We can work with a smaller space, so let us know what you’re floorplan allows and we’ll figure it out! We will also need a 110 volt 3 prong outlet within 20 feet of the booth, protection from the outdoors and a level dry ground to setup on.
DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?
We love seeing your beautiful faces so we don’t bring props ourselves, but if you want to bring out the silly side of your guests we welcome you to bring your own props to add a personal touch to your photos. A lot of our wedding couples skip the props to offer their guests classy portraits in our booth since they’re all dolled up. It’s completely up to you the experience you want to offer your guests, and how you want your photos to look.
CAN THE BOOTH PRINT TWO PHOTO STRIPS SO OUR GUESTS CAN PUT ONE IN A GUEST BOOK FOR US?
If you purchase The Guest Book Collection the booth will print two 2×6 strips so your guests can keep one and stick the other in your guest book.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE GUEST BOOK?
When you book The Guest Book Collection we provide the guest book, the pens and the adhesive photo corners.
IS THE SWOON BOOTH ONLY FOR WEDDINGS?
No way! Whatever it is you’re celebrating, count us in! We do birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, bar and bat mitzvahs and more. We even offer Headshot Booths for University career fairs, and corporate events.
HOW DO WE GET OUR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AFTER THE EVENT?
After your event, your photos will be posted in an online gallery on our website. You and your guests can view, share, download, and also purchase prints through the gallery. Click here to view past event photos!
